At Supply Hub General Trading, we take pride in delivering fresh and high-quality food products, including meat items such as mutton, chicken, lamb, and related products.
Due to the perishable nature of our goods, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.
1. No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, food items cannot be returned or resold once they have left our facility.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that you receive the wrong item or your order is damaged during delivery:
– You must contact us within 2 hours of delivery at support@supplyhub.ae.
– Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
– After verification, we may offer a replacement or credit note at our discretion.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before processing or dispatch. Once prepared or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Quality Assurance
All our food products are handled and delivered following UAE Municipality Food Safety Standards to ensure freshness and quality.
